• 1 oz blue curaçao
• 1 oz vodka
• ½ oz simple syrup
• ½ oz lime juice
• 1 teaspoon edible glitter, blue cobalt
• prosecco, to top

Preparation

1. Rib the outer rim of a cocktail glass with lime and then coat in sugar.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Blue Curacao, vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, and edible glitter with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until the cocktail is chilled and well combined.
4. Add ice to the prepared cocktail glass then pour the mixture in.
5. Top off with Prosecco.
